European stock markets tread water despite Hormuz uncertainty
The euro rose early in European trade but gave it back (and more) as Trump said the US would charge a 20% toll on shipping in Hormuz and reinstate the blockade of Iran. European stock markets largely took the news in stride and finished close to unchanged.
