Trump says -- rightly -- that the Cook case was generally sent back on a procedural basis. The news here is that it appears he will try again to fire her:
The Cook Lawsuit, having to do with her suitability in sitting on the Board of the Federal Reserve, was sent back by the Supreme Court on a strictly procedural basis, we will take appropriate action immediately to make sure that someone who has committed wrongdoing will not be making vital decisions concerning the Welfare of the United States of America! So we will wait and see what happens but it looks like he will have to go through some due process to fire her. Acting Director of National Intelligence Bill Pulte indicated she would be indicted, though it's not clear if that hurdle is high enough or if she will have to be convicted.
