Iran says it has no plans to let IAEA inspectors to visit nuclear sites
This contradicts what US vice president Vance said yesterday here. As mentioned at the time, it takes two to tango. No matter what the US may claim things to be, we will need Iran to confirm the situation. Otherwise, it will be nothing more than just mere words. And this once again proves just that.
In any case, it doesn’t really matter if IAEA inspectors can have access back to Iranian nuclear sites. For the time being, they don’t and have not been there since February of course. But if they do, any inspection or compliance can easily be circumvented in order to appease the US.
Because the uranium is being diluted on-site rather than removed from the country, the process is technically reversible. So even if Iran keeps the uranium blend down to 60% or less again, they can easily enrich it again so long as the facilities are still in place.
