Reports of a ship attacked, Oman, Strait of Hormuz

The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) is UK Royal Navy Naval Reserve–manned:

UKMTO has received a report of an incident 8NM east of Limah, Oman.
A tanker has reported being hit by an unknown projectile on the port side causing a fire, whilst travelling southbound.
No casualties or environmental impact reported.
Authorities are investigating.

Oil popped. Hormuz remains a flashpoint.
